The event went well despite the initial setback of my uncle (my mom's elder brother) took a wrong turn on the highway after picking me and my sister up from the airport. We were almost late to the venue despite I had given a 3-hour buffer. Phew! No lunch for me, straight to the talk show. This epic incident became a hot topic in my mother's family for years, even my eldest aunt in Hong Kong knew and laughed about my uncle's driving.
